Our company founder blames her mom. When Tema Frank was little, her mom kept saying, "When we want your opinion, we'll give it to you!" That drove Tema crazy! So now she wants to give everyone a chance to provide their opinions! And to give her clients a chance to learn from them.

Most of our clients had good hunches about what the problems were on their websites before we started working with them. But they needed proof, to help them go from gut feel to certainty and to convince their bosses to fund the needed website changes.

That's where we help. Our large sample size approach to usability testing gives strong statistical evidence of what needs doing, and what the priorities should be for improvements. And since our testers work on their own computers, we uncover the hurdles real folks face when they don't have perfectly tuned high-speed computers with the latest software. Real-world web usability.

We have another goal too, and that's where the ethics come in. There are a lot of people out there who can only work part-time. Or who can't get out of their homes easily. Or who just want to let their views be known! We love the idea of being able to give a little work to a lot of people.
