Tema Frank

"I have particularly enjoyed the freedom and flexibility of working here. The freedom to work from my home office has allowed me to be more active with my children and my community."

Tema Frank, President and Founder

Tema Frank is a usability expert with 30 years' experience in marketing, communications, and business strategy. She's also been an eager Internet user since the pre-Web days of the early 1990s. From opening 30 retail branches of a regional bank in a new market and driving in unprecedented levels of new business, to helping businesses get their message across more effectively to government and the public, she's always had a strong belief in the value of user-focused strategies.

Tema (rhymes with "Emma") has long been keen to push the user-friendliness of the Internet. Not a techie by nature, what excites her is the Internet's potential to make life easier. Now she's helping clients turn that potential into a reality, for themselves and their customers.

Tema, who holds an MBA from the University of Toronto and the Professional Researcher Certification from the Marketing Research Association, is active in several industry associations, including the Usability Professionals Association (where she serves on the Editorial Board for User Experience magazine), AIMS - the Association of Internet Marketing & Sales, the Web Marketing Association (where she has twice served as a judge for the WebAwards competition), and Canadian Women in Communications.
